The Server Essentials Web-based multimedia curriculum is a full semester of professional IT training that gives students a solid foundation of server installation, maintenance, and administration skills for non-vender-specific environments. When students successfully complete Aries' coursework, they develop
valuable technical experience, are better prepared for the workforce, and experience more success in passing industry certification exams.

This course is self-paced and must be completed within 90 days of the start date. The grade is pass/fail.

• Basic computer literacy course
• Basic networking knowledge

• Access to a computer connected to the Internet.
• Windows 95, NT or Mac OS 7.5 or higher.
• Netscape 3.0 or later, or Internet Explorer 4.0 or later.
• Minimum 486 or Pentium Processor with minimum 12 MB RAM, or 68040 with minimum 12 MB RAM.
• Display minimum resolution 800x600 at 256 colors.
• Sound Card.

At the beginning of the course, you will be assigned to an instructor. Throughout the course, you will be able to request assistance on all course-related issues from your instructor.
